1. Ordering products on the site

2. Delivery
The products offered on the website can be delivered to mainland France and abroad.


TRÉSORS D'AILLEURS strives to deliver the products as soon as possible. The Customer is informed by e-mail, when his order is ready, of its shipment. The product(s) ordered is/are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.

Packages are shipped by UPS in Standard, La Poste in Colissimo domicile,
Mondial Relay or Relais colis according to the delivery costs stated during the
order and delivered within the deadlines corresponding to their geographical area.
TRÉSORS D'AILLEURS reserves the right to use any other carrier of its choice to ensure delivery.

For UPS, the order is delivered to the recipient's delivery address. In the event of unavailability, a notice of availability in UPS Access Point is sent by e-mail to indicate to the recipient the address of withdrawal of his order. You are free to pick it up whenever you want within 10 days at the address indicated on the notice. If you miss the availability period, your order cannot be recovered and refunded.

For Colissimo or Chronopost, the order is placed directly in the recipient's mailbox if its dimensions allow it. Otherwise, a notice of availability is left in the mailbox to indicate to the recipient the address for picking up his order. You are free to pick it up whenever you want within 15 days at the address indicated on the notice. If you miss the availability period, your order cannot be recovered or refunded.

For Mondial Relay, the order is deposited directly in the relay point
indicated during the purchase. You have the freedom to pick it up whenever you want.

Given the perishable nature of the products, it is strongly advised to collect it at the collection point indicated by the carrier, as soon as possible. If the package is not collected as soon as possible, TRÉSORS D'AILLEURS cannot be held responsible for any damage to the products.

If the recipient does not appear within the time indicated or in the event that the parcel is reshipped to TRÉSORS D'AILLEURS, the delivery will be deemed to have been made and no refund or reshipment of the product to another address will be made.

The Customer is supposed to follow up on his package and find out about its availability at the relay point, at the pick-up point, at the post office, etc.
If the customer does not collect it and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right, either to make a credit note for the amount of the products ordered excluding postage, or to offer a return of the package provided that the customer pays to new postage.

3. Liability
The client is held responsible for the information he provides and in particular for
the delivery adress.
TRÉSORS D'AILLEURS is in no way responsible for delivery errors caused by an incorrect address, error in the name and surname of the recipient...
The risks are borne by the buyer once the order has left the premises of TRÉSORS D'AILLEURS.
If necessary, if we have to return your package, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The customer is required to check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery slip. In case of apparent poor condition of the package, refuse it and make a reservation so that you can file a complaint and demand compensation from the carrier.

Any protest relating to damage occurring during transport must be

If a product is missing from your package, please send us a photo of your open package with the products inside clearly visible as well as the wedging. A refund, a credit note or a shipment of the missing product will be made according to our capacity and our will.

If you have not received your package or if there has been a problem with the delivery of your package, please notify us within one month of your order, beyond this period we will no longer be responsible in the event non-delivery, loss or breakage of the package.

If an extraordinary situation (strike, natural disaster, attack, pandemic,

4. Price
The prices displayed on the site are mentioned in euros and all taxes included, excluding delivery costs which are applied and detailed when ordering.
TRÉSORS D'AILLEURS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of the order subject to availability.

If, despite our vigilance, one of the items in your order is unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to replace this item with another of your choice at an equivalent price or to refund your product (refund between 5 to 10 days).

The price is payable in full and in a single payment when ordering. All orders are invoiced and payable in euros. For any delivery outside Metropolitan France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
